dc.description.abstractÖZET Amaç: Araştırma kırsal alanda yaşayan hipertansiyonu olan hastaların antihipertansif ilaç tedavisine uyumlarını ve etkileyen faktörleri belirlemek için tanımlayıcı ve ilişki arayıcı olarak yapıldı. Gereç-Yöntem: Araştırma, bir araştırma uygulama hastanesinde yatarak tedavi gören ve en az bir antihipertansif ilaç kullanan hastalar evreni ve dahil edilme kriterine uyan 183 hipertansiyonlu hasta ise, araştırmanın örneklemini oluşturdu. Veri toplamada; hasta tanılama formu ve antihipertansif ilaç tedavisine uyum ölçeği kullanıldı. Verilerin değerlendirmek için Student t testi, One way Anova testi ve ölçekle arası ilişkinin incelenmesi için Pearson Korelasyon Analizi yapıldı. Bulgular: Hipertansiyon hastalarının antihipertansif ilaç tedavisi uyum ölçeği puan ortalamaları 4.87+1.85’dir. Okuryazar eğitim düzeyine sahip hastaların ilaç tedavisine uyumlarının diğer gruplara göre düşük olduğu ve aradaki farkın istatistiksel olarak anlamlı olduğu saptandı (p0.05). Sonuç: Hastaların ilaç tedavine uyumlarının düşük olduğu saptanmıştır. Bu doğrultuda hastalara hizmet sunan kurumlarda çalışan hemşirelerin hastaların ilaç tedavilerine uyumlarını değerlendirme konusunda bilgilendirilmeleri, hastaların eğitim seviyeleri ve bireysel özellikleri göz önüne alınarak düzenli eğitim yapmaları ve farkındalıklarının sağlanması önerilmektedir. Anahtar Kelimeler: Hipertansiyon; İlaç Tedavisi; Uyum; Hemşirelik ABSTRACT Objective: This descriptive and relational study was carried out to determine the adherence and influencing factors to antihypertensive medical therapy of patients living in rural area. Materials and method: Patients hospitalized in a research-application hospital who were on at least one antihypertensive medicine constituted the universe and 183 patients with hypertension who met the inclusion criteria constituted the sample of the study. Patient Diagnostic Form and Antihypertensive Drug Compliance Scale were used for data collection. Student t test, One Way ANOVA test and Pearson Correlation Analysis to examine the relationship between the scale were performed for statistical data analysis. Findings: Mean Antihypertensive Drug Compliance Scale score of the patients with hypertension was 4.87+1.85. Literate patients had lower adherence to medical therapy compared with the other groups, being statistically significant (p0.05). Conclusion: It was determined that adherence to the medical therapy to hypertension of patients was low. In this direction, it was recommended to inform the nurses about evaluating adherence to the medical therapy of patients, to regularly educate patients considering their education levels and individual characteristics and to rise awareness.
