dc.description.abstractGiriş: Sağlık bakım sisteminde bireylerin daha kolay ölçülebilen fiziksel gereksinimleri öncelikle ele alınmakta, buna karşılık spiritüelgereksinimler gözden kaçabilmektedir. Spiritüel gereksinimler daha soyut ve karmaşık olduğu için ölçümü güçtür. Literatür incelendiğindeülkemizde hastaların spiritüel bakım gereksinimlerini belirleyecek herhangi bir ölçeğin olmadığı görülmektedir. Amaç: Spiritüel BakımGereksinimleri Ölçeğinin Türkçe formunun geçerlik ve güvenilirliğini yapmaktır. Yöntem: Metodolojik tipte olan araştırma, Nisan- Ağustos2016 tarihlerinde, Ege Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Hastanesi dâhiliye ve cerrahi kliniklerinde yürütülmüştür. Araştırmanın evrenini dâhiliye vecerrahi kliniklerinde yatan hastalar oluşturmuştur. Araştırmanın örneklemini ise, bu evrenden araştırmaya katılmayı kabul eden ve dahil edilmekriterlerine uyan 110 hasta oluşturmuştur. Bulgular: Çalışmada kapsam geçerliğini belirlemek için hesaplanan KGO değeri 3-4 puanortalaması aralığındadır. Açıklayıcı faktör analizi sonucunda iki faktörden oluştuğu tespit edilen ölçeğin faktör yükleri, birinci faktör için 0.41ile 0.88, ikinci faktör için 0.33 ile 0.90 arasındadır. Ölçeğin Cronbach Alfa iç tutarlılık katsayısı ? = .935’dir. Ölçeğin tamamının ve altgruplarının madde toplam puan korelasyonu ise r = .30’un üzerinde bulunmuştur. Sonuç: Spritiüel Bakım Gereksinimleri Ölçeğinin Türkiye’dehastaların spiritüel bakım gereksinimlerini belirlemede geçerli ve güvenilir olduğu söylenebilir.en_US
dc.description.abstractBackground: In the health care system, the more easily measurable physical needs of the individual are addressed first, whereas the spiritual requirements are overlooked. It is difficult to measure because spiritual needs are more abstract and complex. When the literature is examined, it is seen that in our country there is no scale to determine the spiritual care needs of the patients. Objectives: The aim of this study was to determine the validity and reliability of the Turkish version of the Spiritual Care Needs Inventory. Methods: This methodological study was carried out at the internal medicine and surgical clinics of Ege University Medical Faculty Hospital between April and August 2016. The study's universe consisted of patients in internal medicine and surgical clinics. The sample of the study included 110 patients who agreed to participate in the study and who met the inclusion criteria. Results: The KGO value calculated to determine the scope coverage in the study is in the range of 3-4 points’ average. The factor loadings of the scale which is found to be composed of two factors as a result of explanatory factor analysis are between 0.41 and 0.88 for the first factor and between 0.33 and 0.90 for the second factor. The Cronbach alpha internal consistency coefficient of the scale is ? = .935. The item total score correlation of the complete scale and subgroups of the scale was found to be above r = .30. Conclusion: The Spiritual Care Need scale has been determined to be valid and reliable to determine the spiritual care needs of patients in Turkey.en_US
