dc.description.abstractBu çalışma, Molla Fenârî’ye nispet edilen Şurûtu’s-salât adlı eseri inceleyerek ve bu eser üzerine yapılan şerh, hâşiye, tercüme ile manzum çalışmaları belirleyerek, eserin orijinalliği ve müellifliği konusundaki belirsizlikleri gidermeyi amaçlamaktadır. İlmihâl geleneğinin Osmanlı dönemindeki gelişimi bağlamında ele alınan eserin, semâniye ve sitte olmak üzere iki farklı versiyonu bulunmaktadır. Araştırmada mevcut yazma nüshaların titizlikle incelenmesi, katalog bilgilerinin gözden geçirilmesi ve tabakât-terâcim literatüründeki verilerin karşılaştırmalı değerlendirilmesi yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Eserin içeriği namaz, abdest ve gusül gibi ibadet konularında sistematik bir tasnif sunarken, farklı nüshalar arasında semâniye ve sitte ibareleriyle başlayan versiyonlar arasında içeriksel farklılıklar olduğu saptanmıştır. Sonuç olarak, Şurûtu’s-salât eserinin hangi versiyonunun Molla Fenârî’ye ait olduğunun belirlenmesi için daha kapsamlı nüsha karşılaştırmalarına ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır. Bu çalışma, eserin doğru müellifine ulaşılması, Şurûtu’s-salât üzerine yapılan mevcut çalışmaların tespit edilmesi ve ilmihâl literatürüne katkı sağlanması için sağlam bir temel oluşturmayı hedeflemektedir.
dc.description.abstractThis study aims to resolve the uncertainties regarding the originality and authorship of the work titled Shurūt al-ṣalāt, attributed to Molla Fenārī, by examining the text and identifying the commentaries, glosses, translations, and poetic works related to it. Within the context of the development of the ilmihâl tradition during the Ottoman period, the work exists in two different versions: themāniye and sitte. The research employs a method that includes meticulous examination of existing manuscript copies, review of catalog information, and comparative evaluation of data from the tabakāt-terācim literature. The content of the work provides a systematic classification on topics such as prayer (namaz), ablution (abdest), and full ritual washing (gusul), while identifying content differences between versions that begin with themāniye and sitte statements. Consequently, comprehensive manuscript comparisons are necessary to determine which version of Shurūt al-ṣalāt belongs to Molla Fenārī. This study aims to establish a solid foundation for accurately identifying the author of the work, determining existing studies on Shurūt al-ṣalāt, and contributing to the ilmihāl literatüre.
