| dc.description.abstract | Amaç: Bu araştırmanın amacı "Estetik İşlem Beklenti Ölçeğinin Türkçeye uyarlanması, güvenirlik ve geçerlik çalışmasının yapılmasıdır. Yöntem: Araştırmanın örneklemini, Ağustos 2022-Ocak 2023 tarihleri arasında aktif olarak internet kullanan, daha önce estetik işlem geçirmemiş, estetik işlem geçirmeyi isteyen, 18 yaş ve üzeri 407 kişi oluşturmuştur. Verilerin analizinde, sayı ve yüzde, korelasyon analizi, Cronbach α güvenirlik katsayısı, faktör analizi yöntemleri kullanılmıştır. Bulgular: Cronbach α kat sayısı ölçek için 0,92; iki alt boyutun ise dışsal beklentiler ve içsel beklentiler alt boyutu olmak üzere sırasıyla; 0,93 ve 0,88'dir. Ölçek maddelerinin kapsam geçerlilik indeksi (KGİ) 0,90-1,00 aralığında olup, ölçek için hesaplanan KGİ 0,989'dur. Madde-toplam puan korelasyonları ise 0,558 ile 0,826 arasında değişmektedir (p <0,001). Ölçeğin, Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin katsayısı (KMO) 0,899 ve Barlett testi sonucu χ2(153) =2577,134; p<0,05 olarak bulunmuştur. Açıklayıcı faktör analizi sonrası ölçeğin toplam varyansı % 62,268; doğrulayıcı faktör analizi sonucu faktör yükleri de 0.58-0.86 arasında bulunmuştur. Ölçeğin uyum indeksleri RMSEA 0,092; GFI 0,843; NFI 0,863; CFI 0,908; IFI 0,909 olarak saptanmıştır. Sınanan modelin verilerle uyumlu olduğu, ölçeğin iki faktörlü yapısını doğruladığı ve alt maddelerini açıkladığı bulunmuştur. Sonuç: Estetik İşlem Beklenti Ölçeğinin geçerlik ve güvenirliği yüksek bulunmuştur. Ölçeğin iki alt boyuttan oluşan Türkçe formuyla Türk kültürüne uygun, geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçme aracı olduğu belirlenmiştir. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Aim: The aim of this research is to adapt the Aesthetic Procedure Expectation Scale into Turkish, and to conduct reliability and validity studies. Methods: The sample of the study consisted of 407 people aged 18 and over, who actively use the internet between August 2022 and January 2023, who have not had an aesthetic procedure before, and who want to undergo an aesthetic procedure. Results: The Cronbach α coefficient was 0.92 for the scale; the two sub-dimensions are external expectations and internal expectations, respectively; 0.93 and 0.88. The scope validity index (CGI) of the scale items is in the range of 0.90-1.00, and the CGI calculated for the scale is 0.989. The item-total score correlations ranged from 0.558 to 0.826 (p <0.001). Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin coefficient (KMO) of the scale was 0.899 and Barlett test result was χ2(153) =2577.134; p<0.05 was found. After the exploratory factor analysis, the total variance of the scale was 62,268%; Factor loads as a result of confirmatory factor analysis were found to be between 0.58-0.86. The fit indices of the scale were RMSEA 0.092; GFI 0.843; NFI 0.863; CFI 0.908; IFI was determined as 0.909. It was found that the tested model was compatible with the data, confirmed the two-factor structure of the scale and explained its sub-items. Conclusion: The validity and reliability of the Aesthetic Procedure Expectation Scale were found to be high. It has been determined that the scale is a valid and reliable measurement tool suitable for Turkish culture with its Turkish form consisting of two sub-dimensions. | |
