For this purpose, a literature review was conducted in two steps. Firstly, co-word analysis is employed to identify relevant keywords that highlight various dimensions of the relationship between organizational culture and the process of digitalization. Secondly, main themes and sub-themes were qualitatively extracted based on these keywords to illustrate important aspects of the digitalization process in relation to organizational culture. As a result of this investigation, the importance of cultivating a culture that enables a successful digital transformation by focusing on organizational readiness, resilience, and learning becomes evident. It was found that an adaptive and data¬driven culture encourages flexibility, innovation, and data-informed decision-making. Effective leadership, change management, and knowledge sharing were identified as vital managerial aspects. Employee engagement, collaboration, and a supportive culture were observed to have a positive impact on digital outcomes. It was determined that ethical considerations are shaped by an organizational culture that promotes transparency and integrity. Finally, it was understood that the value of sustainability enables organizations to integrate environmentally conscious practices into digitalization strategies. Overall, it was concluded that a culture embracing adaptability, communication, ethics, and sustainability is the key to navigate digitalization and achieve sustainable growth. © 2023 Nova Science Publishers, Inc.
