Gereç ve Yöntemler: Araştırma, Nisan 2016-Haziran 2016 tarihleri arasında bir hemşirelik fakültesinde öğrenim gören, araştırmaya katılmayı kabul eden 3 ve 4. sınıf olan toplam 209 öğrenci ile yürütülmüştür. Araştırma verilerinin toplanmasında,“Birey tanıtım formu” ve “HTHG ölçeği” kullanılmıştır. Ölçeğin geçerlilik çalışmasında dil eş değerliliği, kapsam geçerliliği ve yapı geçerliliği, uzman görüşünün değerlendirilmesinde içerik geçerlilik indeksi kullanılmıştır. Ölçeğin güvenirlilik çalışmasında, iç tutarlılığını belirlemek için Cronbach alfa değeri katsayısının hesaplanması, madde analizleri ve doğrulayıcı faktör analizi yöntemlerinden yararlanılmıştır. Bulgular: Araştırmaya katılan öğrencilerin %87,6’sı kadın ve %62,2’si 4. Sınıf, %37,8’i 3.sınıf öğrencisidir. Araştırma sonucunda, HTHG ölçeğinin tek boyuttan meydana geldiği ve faktör yüklerinin 0,878-0,492 arasında değiştiği ve her maddenin yeterli seviyede ölçeğe katkı sunduğu saptanmıştır. Ölçeğin Cronbach alfa değeri 0,958’dir. Doğrulayıcı faktör analizi sonuçlarına göre, ölçeğin uyum indeksleri değerleri ile iyi uyum ve kabul edilebilir uyum indekslerinde olduğu görülmektedir. Sonuç: 7’li Likert tipte 20 madden oluşan HTHG ölçeğinin, oldukça yeterli geçerlilik ve güvenirlilik göstergelerine sahip bir ölçme aracı olduğu ve ölçeğin hemşirelik öğrencilerinin HTHG’yi belirlemede güvenli bir şekilde kullanılabileceği söylenebilir.Objective: This methodological study was conducted to investigate the validity and reliability of the Turkish version of the Po?sitions on Nursing Diagnosis (PND) Scale. Material and Methods: The sample of the study carried out between April and June 2016 com?prised 209 3rd and 4th class students of a nursing faculty who agreed to participate in the study. The study data were collected using the “In?dividual Introduction Form” and “PND Scale”. In the validity study of the scale, the content validity index was used to evaluate language va?lidity, content validity, construct validity and expert opinion. In the re?liability study of the scale, the Cronbach’s alpha coefficient calculation, item analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were used to determine the internal consistency. Results: Of the students participating in the study, 87.6% were women, 62.2% were the 4th class students, and 37.8% were the 3rd class students. The results of the study indicated that PND scale had one dimension, that its factor loadings varied be?tween 0.878 and 0.492 and that each item contributed to the scale at a sufficient level. The Cronbach’s alpha value of the scale was 0.958. Ac?cording to the results of the Confirmatory Factor Analysis, the scale had good fit and acceptable fit indices. Conclusion: The PND scale consisting of 20 items rated on a 7-point Likert type scale is a mea?surement tool with sufficient validity and reliability indicators, and it can be used safely in determining nursing students’ opinions of nursing diagnoses.trinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessOther10.5336/nurses.2020-74725124520527413513
