Özet
In the differential diagnosis of neuromuscular disorders, it is very important to know the family history of the patient, to perform a detailed physical examination, and to examine electrophysiological and biochemical analyses together. As in many other diseases, evaluation of all findings by an experienced multidisciplinary team is essential for correct diagnosis. In this chapter, physical examination, electrophysiological features, and abnormalities in laboratory tests in paediatric and adult neuromuscular disorders are explained with patient photographs, some illustrations, or EMG graphics. © The Editor(s) (if applicable) and The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2023.
