dc.description.abstract | It is observed that the developments in the field of information communication and technology are effective in the digital transformation of HRM. The continuation of activities, functions, and processes related to HR with AI tools created an environment in which the workflows and design of new resource management processes were redesigned, and it was also reflected in the organizational dimension with the effects of transformation. For this reason, it is important to discover and learn the applications, effects, and dimensions of AI and its applications in HRM. The rapid spread of applications significantly affects research motivation. In this sense, research in the literature is new and is in the process of being discovered. This research aims to recognize and evaluate the use of AI in HRM by using the bibliometric research technique with Co-Word analysis. The analysis was carried out with 137 articles representing the literature after determining the elements to be excluded and included in the WoS search (ii) according to the selected keywords in the general framework (i). The main findings of the analysis indicate that the impact of AI applications and tools on HR will continue. It is a multidimensional perspective in understanding its impact and size. In the context of the organization, the need for innovation and transformation is felt for the next period. In future research, the impact size can be expanded and explored in various contexts for parties involved in human resource management. © 2023 Nova Science Publishers, Inc.
