Öğe Doktorların çalışma yaşam kalitesinin örgütsel bağlılık ve işten ayrılma niyeti üzerindeki etkisi(2021) Kayral, İbrahim Halil; Şahin, Dilek; Ekici, ZeynepDoktorların çalışma ortamlarına ilişkin algıları onların çalıştıkları kuruma karşı tutumlarını ve sundukları sağlık hizmetinin kalitesini etkilemektedir. Bu araştırmanın amacı, kamu bünyesinde hizmet veren bir üniversite hastanesinde çalışan doktorların çalışma yaşam kalitesi, örgütsel bağlılık ve işten ayrılma niyetlerinin saptanması ve çalışma yaşam kalitesinin örgütsel bağlılık ve işten ayrılma niyeti üzerindeki etkisinin belirlenmesidir. Araştırma bir üniversite hastanesinde gerçekleştirilmiş, doktorların tamamından veri toplanması hedeflenmiş, çalışmada gönüllülük esasına uygun olarak 173 doktordan anket aracılığıyla veri toplanmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen verilerin analizi sonucunda çalışma yaşam kalitesi arttıkça örgütsel bağlılığın arttığı (R 2=0,172, p<0,05) ve çalışma yaşam kalitesi arttıkça işten ayrılma niyetinin azaldığı saptanmıştır (R2=0,171, p<0,05).Öğe Using argumentation theory to analyze verbal interactions in organizations(2021) Kurdoğlu, Rasim Serdar; Kayral, İbrahim HalilCompared to the artificial language of mathematics, the language in use is often ambiguous andusually not amenable to objective interpretations. Interpretative methods are still able to produce richlinguistic evaluations, though. Yet, the loose structure of those methods can be challenging, especiallyfor junior researchers. The argumentation theory of new rhetoric can fill this gap as a structuredmethod of systematically dissecting arguments to generate new theoretical propositions from textualdata. Arguing is practical reasoning to produce conclusions by using logically or empirically imperfectjustifications. It is a way of employing rationality when formal logic and self-evident demonstrationsare not applicable. Argumentation analysis can systematically capture personal views withinarguments and the reasoning processes that led to those views. Accordingly, this study proposes fivesteps for argumentation analysis. Dataobtained from ISQua: Guidelines and Standards for External Evaluation Organizations4th Edition Version 1.2 and ISO: Managing for the sustained success of an organization– A quality management approach.In this study; two sets of standards that organizations can use as guide to increasetheir institutional quality were evaluated to find out which one is the best choice forExternal Evaluation Organizations for health care. Other quality systems and standardsets were not evaluated in this study.First, the ISO standard set was examined in detail, then it was sought whetherthere is a matching standard or requirement in the ISQua standard set with each standardfound in the ISO standard set.It was evaluated whether the sets had superiority orweakness against each other. ISQua: Guidelines and Standards for External EvaluationOrganizations were found as more suitable for external evaluation organizations forhealthcare institutions.
